pepsi barn between burlington and mediapolis

This week’s theme is “classic.” I’m going with the definition of “classic” that reads as follows: “something noteworthy of its kind and worth remembering.”

The photo is a bit cock-eyed because I took it through the windshield as I was driving down the road.

Somewhere between Burlington, Iowa and Mediapolis, Iowa on Highway 61 on October 6, 2007.

I almost posted my photo of an old Coca cola sign–definitely a classic! And written on a side of a barn is even more classic.

Great shot, for a drive-by. I once tried to get a church sign that way, and had very little luck.

The colors are so bright… a very nice photo.

I was looking at a Coca-cola classic picture a while ago. And now it’s Pepsi. It seems this warehouse of Pepsi Cola stopped somewhere in time. :)
